RETURNS OR EXCHANGEAll items purchased from Loubert Jewelers Corp are final orders unless the items arrive damaged. For all returns you must contact the store prior to sending the item for approval. Shipping back to the store is a cost absorbed by the customer. Items for which we have a replacement piece, we will replace. Restocking fee of 15%.
